7 Chakras are the main energy centers of the body. You’ve probably heard people talk about “unblocking” their chakras, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit.

1. Root Chakra
The Root Chakra is present in the lowest part of the spine By making this chakra active, the desires of material life are fulfilled. This chakra has 4 petals, its color is red. The more this chakra is active, it brings success and prosperity in our life and happiness in relationships. Due to the disturbance of this chakra, that is, due to unbalanced energy of this chakra, money related problems, material life related problems increases in our life, frustration increases. This chakra is the most important chakra of our material life. It is believed that when this chakra is strengthened, our problems related to basic needs start getting resolved. The affirmation of this chakra is *Prosperity is coming in my life from all sides.
2. Sacral Chakra
This chakra is located *2 to 4 inches below the navel*. The color of this chakra is *orange*, *6 petals* are considered in this chakra.This chakra is the center of creativity and the purest energy that gives birth to novelty. When this chakra is awakened, man becomes the creator of his own life. This chakra is also the center of our sex energy, that is why it is also considered the center of the purest energy. The affirmation of this chakra is *I accept myself*.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra
This chakra is situated 2 to 4 inches above the navel. The color of this chakra is yellow. This chakra has a total of 10 petals The more this chakra becomes stronger, the more our self-confidence increases, the working power also increases in us. As this chakra becomes powerful, our thinking becomes positive and our work starts getting easier. Due to the blockage of energy in this chakra, that is, due to the less activation of this chakra, we get surrounded by negative thinking, we lack self-confidence. Due to this chakra, we get different diseases related to stomach. The affirmation of this chakra is *day by day I am becoming more confident and successful*.
4. Heart Chakra
Heart chakra is considered to be the fourth chakra. This chakra is considered as the bridge between material life and spiritual life.
The three chakras below this chakra are considered to be the chakras of material life. The three chakras above this chakra are considered to be the chakras of the spiritual world. This chakra is the center of unconditional love. After the awakening of this chakra, qualities like kindness, compassion, love, peace develops inside a person. The more this chakra becomes balanced, it becomes powerful, a peace and connection with nature is formed inside the person. When this chakra works properly, our heart and lungs become very powerful.
The color of this chakra is *green*, at some places the color of this chakra is also considered to be pink. This chakra has a total of *12 petals*.

5. Throat Chakra
The Throat chakra is situated right in the middle of the throat. This chakra is called Vishuddhi Chakra or Throat Chakra. The color of this chakra is *sky blue*, this chakra has *16 petals*. As this chakra becomes active, the art of speaking comes in us and many times when we speak it starts happening i.e. speech accomplishment starts. When this Chakra is awakened or its activates, a person becomes a motivational speaker, a teacher and eristic. Disturbance of this chakra leads to diseases like thyroid.

6. Third Eye Chakra
It is Located in the *middle of the eyelids of both the eyes*, the place where we apply tilak or bindi is called Third Eye Chakra. The colour of this chakra is *Indigo*. This chakra is called the place of Guru. This chakra is the center of will power and when connection with the divine energy builds, person starts getting intuitions and becomes intuitive in all spheres of life. With the awakening of this chakra, the negativity in a person’s life ends and the darkness and troubles of his life ends.This chakra has *2 petals*. This chakra is also called the union of Shiva and Shakti. Telepathy and remote healing are possible when this chakra is awakened. Disturbance of energy in this chakra leads to problems like insomnia, headache, tension, depression, taking wrong decisions etc.

7. Crown Chakra
